- With the exception of the Pull-up Packages, which are sold as single bands, all other Woody Bands™ are sold
in pairs only.
- The 12 inch and 20 inch bands are not suitable to use for assisted pull-ups. They won't work because they are too short.
- The 12 inch and 20 inch bands are not suitable to use for squats. They won't work because they are too short.
- The 20 inch bands are for benching, bench rack-outs, floor rack-outs and dead lifts.
