Your med ball purchase decision is determined by two factors: 1 - the type of training you will be doing, and 2 - the thickness of your wallet.

• D-Balls™ - These are heavy, non-bouncing  used for lifting, pushing and core training exercises. 
• Dynamax™ - These balls are oversized impact balls, meaning that they absorb impact upon contact with the body, a wall, the ground or floor, your mother-in-law.
