What
Customers Have to Say:
"As
a high school strength and conditioning coach, I am always
looking for the best equipment as well as the safest
equipment for the right price. The Iron Woody merchandise
fits my requirements of being safe, effective and extremely
durable for a great price. I use the Iron Woody
Bands for my students who need assistance in performing
chin-ups, as well as using the bands for squats and benches. The
company stands behind their products, and deliver the
product in a very timely manner. I would highly
recommend Iron Woody Fitness and their product line."

"Iron
Woody Kettlebells are a top of the line product. I've
used most of the KBs out there and these are the first
I didn't have to take the sand paper to. The fact that
all weights are the same size means technique is more
consistant. The larger size also keeps the bell from
dinging my wrist bone, making them more comfortable during
those 500 snatch workouts. Great KBs."

"The
more I use Iron Woody Kettlebells the more I like them.
The same can be said of my athletes and clients. Their
precision handling makes every movement smooth and efficient.
Their uniform size quickly reduces any learning curve
that might be encountered and the handle's design promotes
endless exercise variations.
The
bottom line is this: Happy clients and athletes equals
a happy coach. That's why our fleet of Iron Woody Kettlebells
continues to grow. Keep up the great work Iron Woody."

"I
love the "Woody Bag". Finally one piece
of equipment that combines the benefits of weight training,
kettlebells and medicine balls. I use it to train
a wide range of clientele from the general fitness population
to elite athletes. The benefits are outstanding. The
exercise variations are endless and totally "functional". I
highly recommend this versatile piece of equipment to
anyone interested in getting results."

"Your
imagination is the only limit when using the "Woody
Bags". From strength training to GPP the Woody Bags
are probably the most versatile training tool in my weight
room. I purchased 2 sets of the Pro Packs in the fall
of '06. We have utilized them with all of our teams—from
golf to wrestling. Shortly after receiving the bags and
putting them into the various programs, I had some of
the sport coaches wanting to borrow them for their athletes
to use during their team conditioning. After returning
from lunch one afternoon, I passed by the stadium and
spotted the men's basketball team running the stadium
steps with the 40 pound Woody Bags (1 on each shoulder).
I have utilized the woody bags to help develop "to
the mat" explosiveness with the wrestling team to
rotational core strengthening with baseball. The Woody
Bags have definitely been a hit with our athletes."
"The
quality of the Woody Bags is excellent. They are constructed
to be virtually indestructible. We have about 400 athletes
using them on average once a week. With that much use,
I didn't know what to expect as far as durability. I
can say that I have been impressed with the "punishment" that
the Woody Bags can endure. I would definitely recommend
the Woody Bags to anyone wanting to enhance their strength
program."

"Bands
are a terribly useful type of equipment for a comprehensive
barbell exercise program. In addition to all the uses
they have for powerlifters, we have found them to be
invaluable in helping beginners do chinups and pullups
in the power rack. Iron Woody bands are the ones we use
and recommend."
