The 12 inch Deluxe Athletic Package contains 12 inch #2 Super Mini, #3 Small, and #4 Medium bands. This package was designed to give the user a host of different resistances. The difference between 41 inch bands and 12 inch bands are night and day. They are less than half the length giving the bands completely different properties and stretching capabilities.
