The Master’s Package is one of the original Iron Woody Packages dating back to 2003. Here at Iron Woody we decided to give our customers exactly what they wanted. At the time, they wanted all the bands we offered. Since we only offered bands #1 through #5 back in 2003, we put all the bands in one package and called it the “Master’s Package”. This package contains pairs of #1 Mini, #2 Super Mini, #3 Small, #4 Medium, and #5 Large. This package can be used for benching, squatting, sprinting, quickness drills, push-ups, pull-ups, bar dips, chest exercises, back exercises, leg exercises. The possibilities are endless this is one of Iron Woody’s favorite packages.
