The “Starter Package” was one of the original Iron Woody Band Packages. Here at Iron Woody we wanted to give people a good starting band package. Hence the name “starter” and that is how the Iron Woody Starter Package was born. This package gives you the 2 each of the #1 Mini Bands, #2 Super Mini Bands, and #3 Small Bands. With all these bands you are able to concoct any exercise routine your mind can imagine. You can use these bands for benching, squatting, arm exercises, leg exercises, back exercises, and more.
