The Advanced Package was designed for advanced weight lifters. Some of our professional weight lifters wanted a cheaper version of our Masters Package so we decided to produce the Advanced Package. The Advanced package contains pairs of #3 Small, #4 Green, and #5 Large bands. This combination of bands have a tremendous amount of resistance and this package was designed specifically for benching, squatting, and dead lifting.
