It contains one each of the #3 Small, the #4 Medium, and the #5 Large. Over the years this package has been aiding people in their quest to perform pull ups. If you can’t do a pull up start with the #5 Large to help assist you pull-up. As you get stronger you can move down in band size till you no longer need bands to help perform pull ups.
