The Heavy Push-up Package is another great beginner band package. Made for the athlete who is already fit and stronger than most people. This package contains a #4 Medium Green band which makes push ups very difficult. This band also makes other body weight exercises more difficult. The #4 Medium Green band is primarily used for MMA fighters for striking and speed drills. The package includes one each of the #2 Super Mini, #3 Small, and #4 Medium Bands.
