Assisted Pull Up Package and Pair of #1 Mini Bands

This package is a spin off of Iron Woody’s famous “Pull-up Package”. It contains one each of the #3 Small, the #4 Medium, the #5 Large, and a Pair of #1 Mini Bands. Over the years this package has been aiding people in their quest to perform pull ups. If you can’t do a pull up start with the #5 Large to help assist you pull-up. The #1 Mini Bands are included in the package to help you stretch out your arms and warm up before you actually start your pull up workout. You may also add the #1 Mini Bands to the #3, #4, or #5 bands for assistance. (Caution: Do Not use the #1 Mini by itself to perform pull ups it’s not designed to withstand the weight of an entire person). However, as you get stronger you can move down in band size till you no longer need bands to help perform pull ups.
