The Standard Push Up Package is a relatively new package. There was a demand for a package that had a little less resistance than the Assisted Pull Up Package. At Iron Woody we remedied the situation by producing a whole new line of Push Up Packages. The Standard offers the least resistance of the Push Up Packages, and is one of our best selling packages. If you’re not sure about how to use bands or how you’re going to use them. This is a great beginner package for you. This is the best all around package that Iron Woody carries for every need in the weight room.
